IN GENERAL
1. Claims to land on the Moon & Mars can only be purchased from us by those in Australia and New Zealand as we are The Lunar Embassy’s (USA) Authorised Reseller for only those two countries.
2. Please allow up to three working days for the processing of your order from the date payment is made and all required details have been provided.
3. The owner-operator of this website and business, The Lunar Embassy (USA) and all associated parties will not be held liable or accountable for any undesired or negative outcomes that result from any material on this website, anything we say (in any form) or any orders made through us.
4. The Outer Space Treaty of 1967 states that the Moon and other celestial bodies are for the heritage of all mankind when it comes to exploration. Therefore, others have the right to land on or traverse across your claimed property (without being charged for it) as long as they are exploring.
When you look closely at the certificates of title you will see the words, “This is a novel gift” towards the bottom left of them. This term is defined in the American Heritage Dictionary as “the quality of being novel”, “something new and unusual” and “a small mass produced article”. At the advice of Dr. Hope’s legal representative, it was suggested to use the phrase “novelty gift” simply to avoid frivolous lawsuits and does not undermine the validity of the land claim.
While the story of The Lunar Embassy (as displayed on our About us page) and their land claims is open to debate, I (Hursh Saha) would like to say that this product (regarding the claims to the land along with the possession and development of it) is not 100% guaranteed as there are limits - such as to how well The Lunar Embassy does in the future in comparison to other parties who show an interest in extra-terrestrial real estate. However, a plain and simple truth of life is that nothing – nothing – is 100% guaranteed. Technically, the sun rising tomorrow is not even 100% guaranteed. It really is something to always remember.
5. The owner-operator of this business reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time at their sole discretion.
REFUNDS
All purchased land claims have a 30-day moneyback guarantee if purchasers are not fully satisfied with their orders.
TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP OF LAND CLAIMS
Purchasers who wish to trade or gift (or transfer in some form) their land claim(s) to third parties must inform us of the new ownership details, including all associated full names and email addresses, so we can update them with The Lunar Embassy (USA).
We can also prepare fresh certificates of title for the new owner(s) at a cost of NZ $15 for the first required certificate of title and NZ $10 for each additional one.

Privacy policy
All communication with and orders made through us will be kept in the strictest confidence and not released to any other party (apart from registering the new ownership of purchased land claims with The Lunar Embassy (USA)) unless formerly and legally instructed to by an authorised body, such as the police.
