Should I buy land on the Moon or Mars? (July 2024)

A very good question indeed and there is no right or wrong answer. It is a bit like asking someone if they prefer tea or coffee, cats or dogs, their holidays on land or on a cruise ship. The answer depends on the person.
If you are the sort of person who values location and being close to it all above and beyond quality and resources contained in your property then the Moon is probably your best bet. You can see it on most nights and, despite being 384,000km away, it seems ever so close! Chances are that this will be the first stopover when leaving earth.
However, if you are the sort of person who is happy to go that much further for that much of a better result and value the quality of your property over where it’s located then the red planet is for you with an atmosphere overhead and all the resources needed to not just live self-sufficiently but create a technologically advanced civilisation in the process!
But, then again, if you are not sure then you must simply have both! 😊
